At OB Clarity, I value both your time and mine. To ensure a respectful and effective learning experience, please review the following policies before booking a session.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All bookings are final. Once you schedule and pay, no refunds or rescheduling will be issued.

• Please double-check your availability before booking.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled start time.

• If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, the session is considered canceled with no refund.

Group Session Policy

• Group sessions are priced per person.

• Only paid attendees may participate in the session.

• If any unpaid guests are present, the session will be immediately terminated with no refund.

Respecting Each Other’s Time

• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage.

• If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another student who is paid and registered.

• Recording is not permitted.

Technology & Communication

• If there is a technical issue on my end, I will offer a reschedule.

• If the issue is on your end, you are responsible for the time lost.

Payment

• All payments must be made at the time of the booking.
