OB Clarity Session Policies
At OB Clarity, I value both your time and mine. To ensure a respectful and effective
learning experience, please review the following policies before booking a session.
Cancellations & Refunds
1.- All bookings are final. Once you schedule and pay, no refunds or rescheduling
will be issued.
2.- Please double-check your availability before booking.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
1.- A 15-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled start time.
2.- If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, the session is considered canceled with
no refund.
Group Session Policy
1.- Group sessions are priced per person.
2.- Only paid attendees may participate in the session.
3.- If any unpaid guests are present, the session will be immediately terminated
with no refund.
Respecting Each Other’s Time
1.- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage.
2.- If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another student who is
paid and registered.
3.- Recording is not permitted.
Technology & Communication
1.- If there is a technical issue on my end, I will offer a reschedule.
2.- If the issue is on your end, you are responsible for the time lost.
Payment
1.- All payments must be made at the time of the booking.
2.- Payment should be submitted via Zelle to:
